CLEARANCE AND INSURANCE PROCESSES
The clearance process can be daunting and arduous. Electivity works with the authorities and schools to help providers navigate regulations in fulfilling their clearance requirements (Live Scan, TB, insurance etc).
EASE OF TRANSITION
New Year and a new Enrichment Coordinator? Enrichment Coordinator overwhelmed? No worries. Electivity will be there to help providers and schools ease the transition!
COMMUNICATIONS
We have a healthy and responsive communication model with the community as we know that effective communication with schools and parents is vital to the success of every program. Parent emails, flyers, rosters, payment collection, cancellations, refunds, queries - leave it all to us!
CONTROL OF YOUR PROGRAM
Electivity consults and listens to schools, Enrichment Coordinators and their community when building an enrichment program. As every community is unique, we will work with schools to match the right providers to the right school.
EASY REGISTRATION
We recognize that every school is different. As such, parents can choose to register for programs offline or via an online system. No need for instructors and schools to process registrations. It's that simple.
ECOSYSTEM MODEL
Electivity seeks to work with the local community, recognizing the talents of locally-based providers and businesses. We also welcome working with school teachers and parents who wish to share their expertise and time in offering a class at your school.
