Electivity 2025–26 in Review: Growth, Programs & Impact

As the school year comes to a close, I find myself pausing to reflect on just how far we've come—and honestly, I'm overwhelmed with gratitude.

This year at Electivity was unlike any other. From the students who discovered a love of coding to the kids who found their confidence through chess, cooking, or digital art, what we built together this year was truly something special.

A year of growth, partnership, and student impact at Electivity.

The Numbers Tell Part of the Story

Together with our incredible school partners and providers, Electivity:

• Served 1,200+ students through hands-on enrichment

• Partnered with 20+ schools across elementary and middle school communities

• Expanded into 5 new school districts, bringing enrichment to more kids than ever before

• Delivered 75+ programs spanning STEM, the arts, sports, and more

• Launched 8+ new programs, including offerings like AI for Kids

But as proud as I am of these numbers, what matters most to me is the impact behind them—students discovering new passions, building real confidence, making friends, and developing skills that extend far beyond the classroom.

Innovation in Education

One of the highlights of this year was expanding our STEM offerings to include emerging technologies such as AI.

As technology continues to reshape our world, we believe students deserve opportunities to explore these concepts in age-appropriate, engaging ways.

Watching students experiment with coding, robotics, engineering, and artificial intelligence reminded us that today's learners are more than capable of becoming tomorrow's innovators.

At the same time, we remained committed to a balanced enrichment experience that includes arts, creativity, physical activity, and social-emotional growth.

The future belongs not only to coders and engineers but also to artists, storytellers, problem-solvers, collaborators, and leaders.

A Year of Recognition

This year also brought some incredible milestones for Electivity as a business.

We were honored as a U.S. Chamber of Commerce CO-100 Recipient—a recognition of top small businesses making a big impact in their communities.

Being selected as one of only 100 small businesses across America to receive this distinction is humbling, and it fuels me to keep pushing forward.

We were also the proud recipient of a $20,000 grant, presented by Allstate in partnership with Hello Alice and GenHQ.

This funding is going directly toward expanding access to enrichment programs so that even more students—including those who might not otherwise have the opportunity—can benefit from what Electivity offers.

What's Next for Electivity

Looking ahead, I couldn't be more excited. Next year, we're focused on:

• Welcoming new school districts and schools into the Electivity family

• Expanding our provider partnerships and program offerings and access

• Strengthening existing school partnerships

• Continuing to support working families and student development
